Lara Lake Community Pre-School Incorporated is an independent community based, not-for-profit organisation offering Pre-School services for 3 to 6 year olds.

We were incorporated in January 1994 after having been part of the local Lara Community for many years prior.

We are operated by a volunteer Committee of Management and our dedicated Staff.

The Pre-School moved to it's current location in 2005.

During 2011, construction commenced on a building extension and at the beginning of 2012 we commenced operation of our second kinder room.

With continued demand for our kinder programs, and the support of our community, in 2016 we opened our third kinder room.

Our Aim

At Lara Lake Community Pre-School we aim to provide a quality program where children’s learning is inclusive, dynamic, complex and holistic, enriching the lives and identities of children and our families.

Our Values

Respectful - Being Respectful is about honesty and transparency.  We believe in working together and in an environment where we are able to express ourselves in a respectful manner.

United - We are one Pre-school and united in our approach.  We want our leaders and staff to feel part of the one Team and support each other in a united fashion.

Open - Being Open means always showing respect to our colleagues, in a communicative, respectful and open manner.

Passionate - We care about our community and we want to be as successful as we can, both as individuals and as ‘one’ united Team.  We are committed and passionate about our services and delivering exceptional education to our children.

 Our Code of Ethics

Protection and wellbeing of children is paramount, therefore we have adopted Early Childhood Australia's Code of Ethics.
