Facilities

During 2011 our Pre-School was fortunate to receive a government infrastructure grant funding (through the City of Greater Geelong, who own the building) to complete an extension to our Pre-School.

This construction has provided us with additional facilities including an extra kindergarten room, community access room, improved staff administration and kitchen facilities.  Our new facilities opened in February 2012, with an official opening held in March 2012.  Media Release by the Minister.

With demand for our kinder programs growing, during 2015 the community access room was converted into a kinder room.  From 2016 pre-school programs are operated in one of three kinder rooms.

Our facilities include:

Two large dedicated kinder rooms, which have high ceilings and a wall of floor-to-ceiling length windows to provide sunlight and open access to the outdoor play area.

A third even larger kinder room, also with high ceilings, roofline skylight windows and front facing windows.

An interactive natural outdoor play space with large sandpit, fort, dry "creek bed", mud pit, decking ramp, undercover play area and swings.

In addition, each year we budget for equipment and toy replacement.  As a result, we have fantastic new educational equipment and modern teaching aids, which help to provide a stimulating and interesting environment for the children.
